There’s Joe that boot licking, name dropping advertising director who just keeps trying to cover up for his mistakes and getting others fired. Then there’s Theresa the Managing Director. She’s a great person to be with but her standards are extremely high so it’s sometimes difficult to meet her expectations. But she treats everyone fairly and is open minded. I will have to convince her and not get distracted by the other two. I breathed a sigh of relieve. While I had done some quick calculations in my head, it was good to have her affirmation.

“Let’s do it this way, people. I’ll leave this campaign to Vanessa and her team. We’ve been lagging behind for quite a while and I believe we’re going to be making some real progress here. Good work, Vanessa. We’ll meet again next month for a progress update. Thanks everyone,” said Theresa as she stood up and walked out quickly as she always does.
