The other few are more passive and neutral.
Then there’s Theresa the Managing Director. She’s a great person to be with but her standards are extremely high so it’s sometimes difficult to meet her expectations. But she treats everyone fairly and is open minded. I will have to convince her and not get distracted by the other two.
