Local jewelry store owner Jack Sparks is left befuddled after the recent break in where his only pair of 14 k genuine emerald earrings has been stolen.
Police speculate it could be some high school kid trying to impress his upcoming prom date. The hidden security camera captured footage of what very clearly is a young man wearing a ski mask cleverly hacking the security password with an unknown portable device and entering the store. The man then headed straight of the 14 k genuine emerald earrings obviously knowing exactly what he wanted.
“I don’t understand why of all things, only those 14 k genuine emerald earrings were taken,” said Sparks.
